About Us
Grand Traverse Area Snowmobile Council has been around since the spring of 1982, making sure that the area trails have been signed and groomed to perfection. We were one of the 1st clubs to use wheeled tractors to maintain snowmobile trails. Vice president Sid Hamill has been doing this since the fall of 1982 and in 2007 was voted the MSA groomer operator of the year.
